Description.......
These
electromagnets have been expressly studied and realized
for the field of household appliances, automatic machines,
distributors, and for all the applications in which
it is necessary to perform a linear shift.
They have a keeper sliding in a cylinder.
The keeper movement takes places from the initial
to the final position by means of the electromagnetic
force, while the return is operated by a different
force, normally a spring. The assembly position is
irrelevant, but the power outlet must be set in the
axial sense only, otherwise, in the presence of a
side load, a considerable wear of the cylinder in
which the keeper slides would occur.
These appliances consist of an electrical part and
a mechanical part. The electric winding consists of
a coil with faston. It is possible to apply free wires
on request.
In the alternating-current electromagnets it is important
to make sure that the keeper completes its travel.
The keeper travel must not be retarded.
